5k Run/Walk RELEASE: (must be signed by the participant and guardian if under 18 years of age). In consideration of acceptance of my entry, my executors assignee, and administrators do hear by release and discharge, RMH, the town of Rushville, the race directors, other race volunteers, and any sponsors for all claims of damage, demand, actions, whatever in any manner arising or grow out of my participation in said athletic event. I attest and verify that I have full knowledge of the risks involved in this event, and I am physically and sufficiently trained to run or walk in this event. I also give permission to use any photographs, video, or other recordings of me, including my name, that are made during the course of this event for publicity reasons.
